Dear TML Family,
I hope this message finds you well. It's Cassandra/Zandra, reaching out with some key updates about TML and our future.
Firstly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Your unwavering support over the past 13 years has been invaluable, and especially in recent times, it's made all the difference.
The past year brought significant personal challenges, as I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This has meant reduced presence in the studio and on social media as I shifted my focus towards managing my health. Yet, I've been heartened by the dedication of our incredible TML team who have kept things running smoothly.
Simultaneously, we've faced external hurdles at our premises at 6308 Angus Drive. Issues arose involving parking and conflicts with a neighboring business, which escalated to a point that required intervention from the City of Raleigh. The city directed our landlord to vacate the neighbor and return the building to its original designated usage or face substantial penalties. This situation, which many of you might have witnessed, resulted in the immediate vacating of the neighboring business. Following these events, my lawyer informed me that our landlord will not be renewing any of the current leases at Angus Drive including ours, due to these complications. Our current lease expires on June 30th.
As of today, we are still in the process of securing a new location for our studio. All class packages and drop-in classes must be utilized by our final class date at the Angus Drive location on June 23rd, and all subscriptions will be prorated. The last day to book parties at this location will be June 17th. We also have a "4 Class Pack Special Final Day's at Angus Drive" & Drop In's will still be available up until June 23rd. you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at tmlfitness@gmail.com.
Despite these challenges, we remain hopeful and are committed to finding a new home for TML that will continue to nurture our amazing community. We promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
As I approach my 50th birthday and face this new set of challenges, your understanding, patience, and support mean more than ever. Thank you for being an essential part of our TML family. Here's to overcoming these obstacles together and creating a brighter future.
With Gratitude,
Cassandra/Zandra Lee
